Receptionist and Client Experience Specialist, Andi Brumley
Andi is the warm and welcoming presence at the front desk, ensuring every client’s experience begins with kindness and clarity. She expertly manages scheduling, prepares attorneys for meetings, and keeps daily operations running smoothly. Her DISC profile and communication style is Amiable-Analytical with a touch of Expressive (Steadiness-Compliance with Influence).
Fondest childhood memory? Around age 11, Andi and her childhood best friend lived across from each other on the lake in Burlington, WI. She remembers being very adventurous in her life during this time, just before becoming a teenager. She and her best friend would camp in the backyard and go to the beach in the summer, and ice skate on the lagoon in the winter.
What brings her joy? She feels most joyful when she’s helping others or spending time out in nature.
Her favorite time of day? Around 8 or 9 in the morning. She likes the anticipation of all the potential of the day ahead, especially on a fresh spring morning where everything feels alive.
Who has made a great impact on her life? Her best friend from her adult years. This friend was the first person who helped Andi believe she was capable of making big changes in her life that Andi had never before considered possible. Andi’s friend is very kind and an incredible listener. In a world full of judgement, Andi’s friend is one of those people who only expresses unconditional love.
What’s Andi great at? Being a strong support system for those she loves and cares about the most.
What does she love about being part of the Sage team? “Our team does a great job of showing each other what [they’re] capable of when [they] don’t even know it [yet]…Having people believe in you before you believe in yourself—that is a very true statement [at Sage Legal Group]. Everyone believes in you before you believe in yourself [here] and I love that.”
