Getting to Know our Client Relations Specialist, Zoe Knoernschild
Sage Legal Group is honored to announce the addition of our Client Relations Specialist, Zoe Knoernschild.
Zoe brings warmth, humor, and intellect to every interaction—her empathy with clients and drive to learn have made her a standout member of our team. Her DISC profile and communication style is Expressive-Amiable (Influence-Steadiness).
Fondest childhood memory? Zoe has a vivid memory of playing on the swing set in her family’s backyard. She and her older brother were wearing princess dresses and swinging side-by-side, while her baby brother was in the swing next to them. The memory is tremendously indicative of the close bond she shares with her brothers.
What brings her joy? Listening to music, making different arts and crafts, and, of course, spending time with family, friends, and dogs.
Her favorite time of day? A couple hours before sunset when the light is at its strongest—it pours through her bedroom window so nicely. During Covid, Zoe made it a point to watch the sunset every day by going to the roofs of different parking garages around Shorewood.
Who has made a great impact on her life? Her mom. She has taught Zoe to be the kind of person that is well-rounded and prioritizes both intellect and emotion in an equal, balanced way.
What’s Zoe great at? At helping people feel heard. She's also great at making things pretty, especially spaces. And she doesn't take no for an answer—if one method isn't going to work, she'll try other angles to reach a solution. Her motto is “if there's a will there's a way.”
What does she love about being part of the Sage team? “The community. Working with everyone [at Sage] has been such a breath of fresh air, especially in terms of expectations of a workplace vs. actual follow-through [of those expectations]. Here you come to [work] as the person you are, and we find the ways your strengths work with the team. [We aren't] forcing anyone to be what they're not. [We’re] just taking the person that they are and [helping] them [become] great.”
