Geri has demonstrated a strong commitment to our team and clients from day one. She is highly adaptable, effectively managing multiple priorities while contributing across all areas of our practice. Her DISC profile and communication style is Amiable-Expressive (Steadiness-Influence).
Fondest childhood memory? It is difficult for Geri to choose only one. Her childhood was very happy, with her family creating many memories together. She remembers there being a lot of laughter in their home and noted that her father was a very sweet man—even when times were tough, he always found the positivity in any situation and helped the family get through it together.
What brings her joy? Spending time with her son, Leo. Any time she can be with Leo, she's happy. And shopping, any kind of shopping. Except for getting groceries!
Her favorite time of day? The evening. She loves the feeling of getting home, relaxing, and feeling accomplished as she reflects on her day. She uses her evenings to complete homework for her bachelor’s degree, watch a favorite show, and spend time with her husband.
Who has made a great impact on her life? One of her previous coworkers. This individual encouraged Geri to go back to school to obtain a degree in history. Later on Geri will attend law school. But above all, her son, Leo, has had the largest impact on her life—Leo made Geri a mom and helped her gain the courage to stand up for and care for her family.
What’s Geri great at? At being optimistic, looking on the bright side of things, and bringing joy to others. Geri is a natural caregiver. She's also great at rollerskating!
What does she love about being part of the Sage team? “So many things. I love working with [a firm comprising of almost] all women. I love that we are such a close, solid, strong team. I love the philosophy, mindset, work ethic, and atmosphere of [Sage Legal Group]. It makes me look forward to law school and makes me want to be a better employee and try my best [for my colleagues]."
